Description
The files contain information about 69 lung cancer patients and a control group who have agreed to participate in the study and are included in the University of Latvia Biobank. The information includes demographic data; clinical data: radiological examinations, laboratory tests, lung function tests; liquid biopsy test, which determines circulating tumor DNA with frequently identified gene mutations and relative expression levels of the most significant target miRNAs.
