The Latvian Institute of Aquatic Ecology (LHEI) Dataverse contains research data generated by LHEI scientists across several key research areas related to marine ecosystems, marine spatial planning, biological effects, non-indigenous species, and pollutants. The collection features data on the seasonal dynamics of plankton and benthic organisms, hydrochemical parameters, water optical properties, pollutants, and other indicators describing the state and functioning of aquatic ecosystems. The datasets originate from long-term monitoring programmes, experimental studies, and national and international research projects conducted by LHEI researchers.

Latvijas Hidroekoloģijas institūta (LHEI) Dataverse kolekcija satur pētniecības datus, ko radījuši LHEI zinātnieki pētniecības jomās, kas saistītas ar jūras ekosistēmām, jūras telpisko plānošanu, bioloģiskajiem efektiem, svešzemju sugām un piesārņojumu. Repozitorija kolekcijā pieejami dati par planktona un bentisko organismu sezonālo dinamiku, hidroķīmiskajiem parametriem, ūdens optiskajām īpašībām, piesārņojošām vielām un citiem rādītājiem, kas raksturo ūdens ekosistēmu stāvokli un funkcionēšanu. Datu kopas iegūtas ilgtermiņa monitoringa programmās, eksperimentālos pētījumos, kā arī nacionālos un starptautiskos pētniecības projektos, kuros piedalījušies LHEI pētnieki.
